The Customer Service Officer will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring an outstanding customer experience while supporting showroom sales, handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and driving sales conversions. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to build lasting client relationships while contributing to the company's sales growth.
Key responsibilities
- Customer Service & Showroom Sales Welcome and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate workwear, PPE, branding, and related products. Prepare accurate quotations, invoices, and sales orders. Upsell and cross-sell products and services to maximize sales opportunities. Ensure prompt service delivery and a seamless customer experience. Maintain an organized, clean, and professional showroom with attractive product displays. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers. Promote customer loyalty and encourage repeat business. Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly. Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in the CRM. Follow up on deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction after every sale. Sales Performance & Business Growth Achieve individual and departmental sales targets. Contribute to retention initiatives. Minimize order errors, returns, and cancellations through attention to detail.

Qualifications
- KCSE Certificate (Minimum Grade C+). Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Customer Service, Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Public Relations, or a related field. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or front office is an added advantage.
